1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Coastal Bengal Tours website ("Site") and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Coastal Bengal Tours ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

2. Services Description

Coastal Bengal Tours provides the following travel-related services:

• Tour package planning and booking for Digha, Mandarmoni, and Tajpur.
• Taxi and cab services from Kolkata to coastal destinations.
• Hotel and resort reservation assistance.
• Guided sightseeing tours and adventure activity arrangements.
• Meal and dining arrangements during tours.
• Travel information, guides, and recommendations on our website.

We act as a travel facilitator, coordinating with various service providers (hotels, transport operators, activity centres) to deliver your travel experience. While we carefully vet our partners, individual services are ultimately provided by third parties.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment (typically 30% of the total package cost) and a written confirmation from our team via email or WhatsApp.

3.2 Pricing

• All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation will be honoured.
• Seasonal surcharges may apply during peak periods (Durga Puja, Christmas, New Year).

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and cash. Payment details will be shared upon booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by the Customer

• 15+ days before travel: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee.
• 7–14 days before travel: 50% refund of total amount paid.
• 3–6 days before travel: 25% refund of total amount paid.
• Less than 3 days before travel: No refund.

4.2 Cancellation by Coastal Bengal Tours

In rare circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, safety concerns), we may cancel a trip. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.

5. Travel Responsibilities

5.1 Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Passport) as required by hotels and transport authorities.

5.2 Health and Fitness

Customers must ensure they are medically fit to undertake the tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.

5.3 Conduct

Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards co-travellers, local communities, and service staff. We reserve the right to terminate a trip without refund if a customer's behaviour is disruptive, dangerous, or illegal.

6. Liability Limitations

• Coastal Bengal Tours shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by natural disasters, weather events, government actions, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the trip.
• Any adventure activities (kayaking, ATV rides, etc.) are undertaken at the customer's own risk. We ensure safety equipment and trained instructors are provided, but participation is voluntary.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

7. Website Use

7.1 Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Coastal Bengal Tours or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7.2 Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our Site is accurate and up-to-date. However, travel information (prices, availability, schedules) may change. We recommend confirming details with our team before booking.

7.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
